Introduction

I am interested in forming a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe in sharing aspects of yourself, including what hurts. I work from a psychoanalytic lens and am also informed by my training in Somatic Experiencing. I have 10 plus years of experience in working with adults in dealing with a wide range of challenges. I hold space for you wherever you are in your journey. I invite you to engage with openness and honesty. I aim to provide a nonjudgmental environment where we can pay close attention to issues pertinent to you. The first few sessions give us an opportunity to see if we can work well together. I hope that we are able to establish a foundation of trust in order to allow for the therapeutic process to unfold.
