Introduction
Parenting can be very challenging and sometimes as parents we need extra support to gain communication, parenting and self-regulation skills. I have experience working with children and families suffering from depression, anxiety, family conflicts, ADHD, and behavioral problems. Also, being a Native New Mexican, I incorporate a cultural awareness and sensitivity in my practice. I recognize and appreciate New Mexican culture as unique and valued along with having it's own struggles and obstacles. I enjoy working with parents and children and believe that through collaboration we can work towards peace and wholeness for the entire family. I take a client centered approach and will tailor our work to fit your child and family needs.
