As an LICSW with 13 years of experience working with adults, I am passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating life’s challenges, family and peer relationships, self-esteem issues, or major life transitions. I strive to create a safe, empathic, non-judgmental space with a professional orientation that is largely influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Theory, and Mindfulness, all evidence based. I primarily focus on treating depression, anxiety, and trauma symptoms in my psychotherapy practice and have received extensive training in CBT, as well as trauma informed care.
