I have more than 15 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families overcome life's hurdles and feel fulfilled. I have a passion for working with LGBTQ+ issues, neurodivergent individuals, borderline personality, narcissistic and anti-social personality, severe depression, anxiety, OCD and chronic pain as well as individuals with a history of trauma including PTSD, complex PTSD, developmental trauma and religious trauma. I have more than 15 years’ experience working with individuals and families. I am experienced in treating most general mental health conditions as well as behavior concerns, personality disorders, relationship issues, social adjustment and employment matters. I offer a very laid-back approach and believe there is no single way to heal, and therefore tailor treatment to the needs of each individual. I use a straightforward client centered approach to help you identify goals and strategies to achieve them. I currently do not accept insurance. In person, virtual, evening and weekend appointments available.
