My passion for mental health and wellness—especially in the context of relationships with self and others—has been lifelong. Through both personal and professional experiences in the Los Angeles community, first as a case manager for children and families and now as a therapist, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the complexities of human connection. I integrate a wide range of skills into my services and pride myself on offering an open, welcoming space where you can feel truly seen and heard. Whether you are an individual navigating a life transition, or experiencing anxiety, depression, or trauma symptoms—or a couple or family struggling with unhealthy patterns—I offer a holistic approach tailored to your unique needs. I would be honored to walk alongside you as your personal challenges and joys become the foundation for transformation, cultivating a deeper love for yourself and others and building resilience during difficult times. As an avid learner, I hold dual degrees as an AMFT and APCC, allowing me to support you through grief, disability, chronic illness, and life and career transitions. As a bicultural Latinx woman from an immigrant family, I also draw on my lived experience of navigating internal tensions between communal and individualistic cultural values. This perspective helps me support those working to integrate complex cultural and racial experiences into a cohesive, self-accepting identity.
