Introduction

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate through the healing process of trauma and the different symptoms that trauma brings to an individuals’ life, such as depression, PTSD, anxiety disorder, low self-esteem, and substance abuse, to name a few. I help individuals, which includes teens, young adults, adults, and families find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships to know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe while. All while going through the journey of the healing process of trauma.
