Introduction

My goal as your counselor is to help you release the old, self-sabotaging stories holding you back. With a combination of CBT and narrative therapy, you will explore how your thoughts affect your emotions and decisions. Together, we can reshape your thought patterns from fearful to empowered, so you can find the truest expression of yourself. My approach as a therapist is laidback, conversational, and results-driven. I will meet you where you are at and support you on your journey to getting where you want to be. I work with teens and adults who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, identity development, and/or strained relationships. During our initial sessions, I will collaborate with you to better understand the root cause of your challenges and create a plan to remove barriers preventing healing. Most of my clients experience improvement in the first month and sustained improvement thereafter. OFFICE LOCATIONS: 28577 Buffalo Park Rd Unit #210 Evergreen, CO. 80439 (Monday and Tuesday) 5353 W.
