Introduction

Vanessa Blanch has over 10 years of behavioral health experience in providing residential therapy, group therapy, experiential therapy and outpatient therapy for adolescents through adults. She is passionate about helping clients with use of client- centered therapy and solution-focused therapy assisting individuals and families to mange and self regulate emotions, thoughts and behaviors. This is accomplished by applying the skills and knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma based therapy. Vanessa’s specialty is to provide her clients with a supportive, compassionate therapeutic relationship to facilitate healing and growth. Her approach to counseling is collaborative with the client and honoring the unique needs of each individual to create a customized plan inclusive of other providers.
