I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages in a safe and supportive relational space. I am trained in and primarly utilize the "Somatic Experiencing" model, It taps into the innate knowledge that our bodies have to inform and help us heal. We'll use curiosity and compassion to reconnect mind and body through conversation and reflection. I know firsthand that sometimes the most nurturing and fulfilling aspects of our lives can also be the most difficult to navigate.
