Introduction

Now accepting new Telehealth clients! I appreciate the courage it takes to seek therapy and I consider the therapeutic relationship a privilege. I specialize in adult mental health therapy, with a focus on navigating the complexities of depression, trauma, and addiction. I collaborate with individuals to understand the underlying factors contributing to their challenges while helping build practical coping mechanisms and cultivate a strength-based mindset. I am dedicated to providing compassionate support and fostering a safe space for individuals navigating life's challenges. Grounded in evidence-based practices, I strive to empower clients on their journey to emotional well-being and personal growth. Committed to building genuine connections and guiding clients towards a brighter and more resilient future. I have been working in the counseling field for approximately 7 years. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC-7449) in Idaho as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board of Certified Counselors. *Although I do not participate in many insurance plans, you can file for insurance reimbursement on your own using the "Superbill" that I can send you by email each month. Please contact your insurance company directly for the information about your coverage for the "Out of Network" behavioral healthcare services.
