For me, being a therapist is more than a profession; it is a calling and a great privilege to be a part of your transformative journey towards a more authentic and fulfilling life. My primary goal is to make you feel seen, heard, and validated throughout the therapeutic process. My therapeutic style is eclectic, drawing from various techniques and theories to meet the specific needs of each individual. My approach incorporates Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Somatic experiencing, and mindfulness based techniques. I believe that everyone has the potential to heal and grow and would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
