Introduction

Hello! I'm Valerie, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. Originally from the motor City Flint MI. I've studied the mind and human interactions for nearly two decades in an attempt to understand "Why" we engage in certain thought patterns and behaviors. Throughout this Journey, I've come to understand all behaviors are learned and actions are only reactions to a thought process. I've found great joy in helping others over the years understand themselves on a deeper level and understanding on how life experiences help shape ours views of the world, ourselves and those around us. Through this understanding, others are able to release crippling anxieties, life draining depressive thoughts and repair or come to terms with personal relationships and lead fulfilling, lives and enjoying every second. What life awaits you?
