What we know for sure is that life is beautifully complex. No one is exempt from new challenges, life transitions, pain or conflict. While past experiences influence the present, what happens to you does not have to dictate your overall quality of life. Emotional wellness requires dedicated attention and a commitment to being and doing better. When we begin to see challenges as purposeful moments urging us to learn, heal, grow and evolve, we can begin to accept, and even honor, our circumstances. How do you do that? Well, my goal is to empower you by providing guidance, tools and insights to lead an emotionally healthy life. I operate using a person-centric approach. It's really all about you and your experience. My preferred therapeutic process and techniques are rooted in both psychodynamic and cognitive/behavioral models. I work with clients to bring meaning and understanding to how their thoughts, beliefs and life experiences impact their actions and related outcomes.
