The foundation of my practice is rooted in building a rapport—based on individual connection, trust and mutual respect—with each of my clients. I use an integrative, biopsychosocial approach to develop an understanding of who you are as whole person. Recognizing the unique traits and experiences that each person has, I adapt my approach to the meet the needs and goals of each person I serve. I work with my clients to draw upon their own strengths, empowering each person to take the expert role in their experiences. My role is in guiding clients to tell their story and truth, helping each person develop a vision of their future and developing a plan to achieve the vision. As you experience—or seek—change, therapy offers support and guidance, and empowers you to see just how resilient you are.
