Introduction

I have a passion for families and children to help create healthy relationships and attachments between parents and children, as well as helping those children learn how to understand and manage their emotions and feelings. Valerie’s theoretical approach is eclectic with a focus on cognitive-behavior therapy, Person centered therapy and attachment theory. I also enjoy working with adults, particularly women, who are life changes that can create difficulties in daily living.
