Here are some ways that my approach to treatment is unique: I love developing personal strategies with clients for their anxiety, depression, and intrusive thoughts. I prioritize working together to create opportunities to acknowledge, accept, and respond to thoughts and feelings in a way that honors personal values. I value empowering clients to gain self-knowledge, as well as skills to explore a sense of self and build confidence. Together, we will use sessions to build a healing relationship, an arsenal of coping skills and a sense of self using a strengths-based approach, so that you feel equipped to experience your full-range of emotions and motivated to live by your values.
