Integrating Family Systems Therapy (FST) with the structure of Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) enables my clients to look at the "big picture". Not only do we look at stressors, but I teach my clients about mindfulness and how this powerful practice can assist them in coping with these stresses. FST focuses on the "nature plus nurture" viewpoint, exposing how we unwittingly repeat unhealthy familial patterns. Whether you are ready to move away from anger, develop coping skills for anxiety and/or depression, process the loss of a relationship, or improve your current relationships, I'm here to assist.
