Welcome, my name is Valerie Griffin. I treat clients 13 years and older with OCD, anxiety disorders, and trauma. I bring warmth and optimism to every session, as therapy is truly my passion. I'll be your teammate from consultation to final session and select the best research-backed treatment to help you recover and thrive. My passion for effective mental health care was inspired by my own journey and recovery from OCD and anxiety. I understand the cage of obsessive thoughts and how small anxiety can make you feel. Now recovered and full of hope, I want to help YOU. Reaching out for help is sometimes the most difficult step. It takes courage and vulnerability.
