Hello, I specialize in treating serious and persistent mental illness diagnosis such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Mood Disorders, Depression and Anxiety. I also help clients work through life stressors and transitions. With the use of evidenced-based techniques, you will explore the deeper issues that are causing a disruption in your life and learn skills and techniques to better manage the manifestations of those deeper issues. I guide clients toward improved awareness and deeper understanding of themselves and their challenges. The goal is to establish or restore balance and peace and to improve your overall quality of life.
