I also help clients work through life stressors and transitions. With the use of evidenced-based techniques, you will explore the deeper issues that are causing a disruption in your life and learn skills and techniques to better manage the manifestations of those deeper issues. I guide clients toward improved awareness and deeper understanding of themselves and their challenges.
