Introduction

My approach incorporates ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and RO DBT (Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy). Treatment with me focuses on improving psychological flexibility, acceptance of thoughts and emotions, mindful and valued living, and social connections. I treats adults age 18+. I provide individual therapy and lead psychoeducation classes to provide guidance on emotions, thoughts, social connection and coping skills.
