Introduction

In therapy, you can expect me to be personable, and approachable while being confident that I am keeping up with current research and treatment methods within professional counseling as my education and training blend psychological concepts with clinical mental health. I use an integrative method to help my clients discover and apply the meaning of life they can accept. My approach draws insight from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused dynamics, person-centered, and other modalities to help my clients process unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other life issues. I am also experienced in multicultural approaches, being mindful to meet my clients where they are, and walking with them to where they would like to be. All of these mean that you can expect my interaction with you to be focused on your unique experience, in the here and now, and also explore deeper underlying issues
