Hello, my name is Usha Jadonath and I am a licensed mental health counselor. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and my graduate degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Counselor Education-Mental Health. I am very passionate about what I do because I believe that achieving optimal mental health can truly make a difference in our everyday lives. It is important for everyone to have the tools they need to manage their daily life in order to prevent severe disruptions in their overall wellbeing.
