Introduction

I am a licensed clinical therapist providing bilingual services in Spanish and English across Maryland and Virginia. My clinical approach integrates psychodynamic therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for adults, alongside specialized training in sexual abuse, family reunification, and trauma recovery. I have also pursued advanced education on the neurological impact of trauma and hold a national certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). A Virginia native, I earned my bachelor’s degree from Marymount University. I completed a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Johns Hopkins University, followed by a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School. I am pursuing doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology in Washington, D.C., further expanding my expertise in trauma-informed care, psychodynamic theory, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
