Introduction

Welcome. I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #140454 and EMDR Practioner with offices in Los Angeles/Culver and Pasadena areas. I work with adult individuals and couples and use a holistic and integrative approach that includes somatic, relational, and evidence-based approaches (EMDR, Flash Technique, IFS) to trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and adverse childhood experiences. I use both the Gottman Method and PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) when working with couples to help partners address relational conflict, marriage dynamics, and extended family issues. Our thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations offer us so much information about our internal world and our relationships with others. It's the sorting through all of those thoughts, feelings, and sensations that sometimes requires a bit of attention and a little guidance to make a big difference in our life experience. Call me for a free 20-min. consultation. Thank you.
