Taking the steps to seek counseling is a vulnerable process which is why I believe in understanding you as an individual first. You are the expert of your life & I am excited to meet you where you are in your journey, offering support & understanding so we can work together to achieve your goals. I work with adolescents and adults primarily treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is rooted in person-centered theories and also incorporates CBT, maintaining a culturally sensitive lens. Clients can be their genuine selves in sessions, leaving feeling heard and unjudged. Creating a safe and comfortable environment for all is the top priority.
