Introduction

Growing up, I was inspired by the uniqueness of the human story. This fascination led me to obtain a Master’s degree in counseling psychology. My mission is to provide a safe, confidential and meaningful therapy experience. Whether you are looking for a confidential space to share your thoughts and feelings, or an assistance in navigating a difficult time in your life, I am here to help. While I specialize in helping clients with their relationship issues, I also help those who deal with other hindrances such as anxiety, depression, attachment, codependency, sexual trauma etc. In addition to talk therapy I successfully use Brainspotting to further promote lasting change.
