Introduction

My ideal client's life may currently feel stressful, in crisis or transition. You may be a survivor of a dysfunctional upbringing and have a strong desire to do better than the examples you were given. You may even find yourself saying: "I know there is more to life than this". You have recognized the need for change but have been unable to break free from cycles of defeat. My joy is empowering young adults and adults to live the life they desire by holding space with them as they journey towards change and redeeming family legacy. My ideal client may currently experience mild to moderate mental health symptoms. They are generally stable and interested in committing to living a wholistic, "therapeutic lifestyle". We do talk, but that's not all we do. My clients engage in practical activities outside of the actual therapy session...that's what a therapeutic lifestyle means to me. I offer brain-centric therapy strategies which means I incorporate brain science into how I view and treat my clients. Services are provided in the comfort and privacy of your home using a HIPAA compliant virtual platform. I look forward to hearing from you to schedule your initial appointment.
