Introduction

Hello, my name is Tyree Griffith and I currently serve as an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor in California. I work with individuals to overcome their anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, finding their place in life, and relationship or family conflicts. My goal is to work with you to come up with solutions to overcome these stressors or interpersonal conflicts that may be causing you to feel helpless/hopeless, lack motivation, or just stuck in life. I provide a healthy professional environment via teletherapy, which allows you to express yourself without being judged. I encourage individuals to take the lead in creating positive changes in their life as they seek out a sense of inner peace. Together, we will develop healthy goals that will help you move forward in life. In closing, I look forward to working with you on your journey in creating the change that you want to see in life!
