Introduction

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), I work with individuals, couples, and families struggling with personal and relationship issues. I am supportive, encouraging and compassionate and I try to create a safe and comfortable environment where we can work together to identify the issues and reasonable solutions. Some of my areas of special interest is helping couples in premarital counseling, couple and marriage related issues, infidelity, and gay and lesbian relationships. I also help those and have experience with those struggling with depression or anxiety, families coping with divorce, infidelity, domestic abuse, and individuals with self-esteem issues. To address many of these issues I utilize the Solution-Focused Therapy Model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Therapy Method, Prepare-Enrich, and Trauma Focused Therapy.
