My name is Tyne Amos. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma, relationships, anxiety, depression, professional life, wholistic health, and stress management. My passion is partnering with individuals on the journey of returning home to themselves. Trauma, stress, mental health concerns, relationship issues, and a number of other circumstances outside of our control have the tendency to push us out of our "window of tolerance" where we begin living in a survival mindset instead of thriving in areas of connection with self, personal calling, wholistic wellbeing, and healthy community. I hope to help people travel on the healing journey back to a place where they are connected with who they truly are. I aim to help you address major concerns that can fragment your true self and learn techniques and practical skills to simply return, return to the healed and whole person you were always meant to be.
