Are you sick of anxiety, depression, and trauma interfering so dramatically with your relationships, everyday life, and how you see yourself in the mirror? Have you found yourself struggling to benefit from therapy? Or maybe, there is an unknown pressure that keeps you being able to truly be yourself with others? These are questions I hope to explore with all clients. Many of those I work with do not feel that they can be their open, honest, and true selves even with those closest to them. They hide behind masks which hinder their ability to feel connected to others and themselves. Inevitably, they invalidate themselves, question all which they experience, feel torn, and become anxious and depressed. I help individuals experience their emotions deeply and exploring hidden or suppressed aspects of ourselves. This results in the extinction of problematic physical and mental issues including depression, anxiety, trauma responses, and security with oneself and others. My main priority as a counselor is to put myself out of work. My hope for clients is to not only provide assistance in the here and now but, to ensure that you will not need to utilize counseling following the conclusion of our work together.
