I apply certain perspectives and skills in my daily life as a husband, father, friend, and professional that help me engage more in my life rather than staying lost in my thoughts. We can find what works best for you. You can feel what it is like to try something different and be fully present in your life, even when you are going through a tough season. I have training in treating anxiety using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) for those who are looking for effective therapy for sleep difficulties. I work with individuals (especially Aspergers - Level One Autism) to help them learn social skills that will help them live independently.
