Introduction

When I started as a therapist, one of the first thoughts I had was, "why does counseling have to be conducted while sitting in a windowless, 12x12 office?" The second thought was, "it doesn't!" After realizing that apparently no one else had this same thought, I decided to open my own practice to conduct therapy with a unique twist! Although, I am passionate about Active Therapy, I am more passionate about walking alongside people (pun intended) through some of the hardest parts of life. Whether talking in the woods, on a trail, or in an office; I look forward to being a part of your journey through life.
