At times, life can be hard, and having someone listen to your story and help support you can make a huge difference. I am offering online or in-person sessions based on your preference with afternoon and evening appointments available. I provide psychological treatment and assessments for children, adolescents, adults, and families who struggle with, but not limited to, academia, social issues, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationships. I strive to provide an open and safe space that allows you to openly explore your thoughts and feelings and to help better understand yourself. My job is to support your growth through empathy, deep listening, and meaningful reflections.
