Introduction

I have 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. The foundation of my work is based in dance/movement therapy, an integrative Creative Arts Therapy approach that recognizes the complex interaction between mind, body and spirit. I use creative arts and play approaches in combination with verbal techniques. My trauma-informed approach integrates my training in EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
