Introduction

I suspect the most impactful insights I can share with folks not yet familiar with me, or my tenure in this field, would be the many failures and learning moments which leave me viscerally aware of this 'human condition'. I rely heavily on the Intersectionality framework developed by the giants who have built the road I now traverse; my goal, is to continue to pave the way forward with inclusion, diversity, equity, and accountability. Generational differences matter; the goal then? Bridge the gaps built by fear, rejection and misunderstanding.
