Introduction

I am deeply committed to the practice of helping others find more balance in relationship- within themselves and with those they love. And I believe in helping families of all kinds build resilience together- to bounce back feeling more confident and capable than before. With nearly 20 years of experience, most of my work has centered around supporting families through periods of high conflict, loss, trauma, and transition. I specialize in couples counseling, parenting & coparenting, blended family work, and therapy for teens. I have concentrated training and experience in evidence based approaches including Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Grief & Trauma Component Therapy for Teens, and Restorative Approaches. With a knack for tuning in and navigating conflict, I work from a place of understanding that unique dynamics call for unique solutions. My approach is caring, collaborative and flexible. Together, we'll create a safe space to help you gain clarity, recalibrate responses to stress, reroute unhelpful patterns, and find a better way forward. Please reach out for a free consultation to explore whether working together may be the right fit for you or your child!
