Introduction

* Sessions are held M-Th from 9 am to 3 pm. Populations served: Adults: 18+ (I am not a Medicare or Medicaid provider) Adolescents: 12-17 years I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois and an EMDR Certified Therapist by the EMDRIA organization. I use a variety of therapies to help client face challenges. Most often this includes a blend of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems) and a CBT/DBT skills. I enjoy listening to clients and finding what type of treatment is the best for them. I go at their pace and listen closely to their needs. I see many people with trauma histories that have symptoms of PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and difficulties in relationships. At the start of treatment I see clients weekly and reduce frequency as progress is made. At the appropriate time a closing session is planned and clients have the knowledge that they can re-engage in services if needed. All session are provided by telehealth which can be very comfortable and convenient for clients. A strong consistent internet connection with a private confidential space is necessary for sessions.
