Calling all of the overthinkers, the treatment-resistant depression sufferers, the people who say ‘therapy never worked for me,’ or ‘will never work for me,' the perfectionists and imperfect perfectionists alike. If you break out in hives when you are asked about your five-year plan, I’m your therapist. I promise to challenge you and make you laugh. I promise a safe space to make mistakes. I want you to leave your first appointment refreshed with a clear path and a set of goals. I offer a variety of treatments including DBT for life and social skills, CBT for anxious thinking, and RO DBT for overthinkers. I also provided individual DBT skills appointments and refer out for group appointments when needed.
