Introduction

I work with adults with anxiety, depression, and those who have experienced childhood trauma. The goal is to equip you with the tools that you need to begin to move forward. We will work together to heal your past, manage your present, and create space to reimagine your future. I also work with couples to help them to heal from relational ruptures, and begin to rebuild their partnership. I am passionate about providing support and acceptance for clients from all communities and backgrounds.
