Introduction

I am the owner of Oak Lake Wellness. I have a master's degree in Professional Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the great state of Georgia. I have been working in the field of mental health and counseling for over 15 years. I specialize in working with young adults but see all patients ages 15+. The focus of my practice primarily centers on treating anxiety, depression, OCD, family relationship problems, LGBTQ+ issues, and trauma. I believe that mental health IS health and make this the center of my practice. I use a variety of techniques such as CBT, Mindfulness, Relaxation, and solution-focused techniques. I work collaboratively with all of my patients were YOU are the captain and I am merely your compass.
