Hello! My name is Trinity "Trin" Zacharias, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at Wildwood Counseling Services. I received my LPC licensure from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. I have received a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Toledo. I completed my internship at Zepf Center as a Counselor Intern, and I completed my practicum at the University of Toledo Counselor Center as a Counselor Trainee. During graduate school, I was an active member of Chi Sigma Iota (CSI), the Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society, Alpha Omega Chapter. Throughout my graduate and undergraduate education, I have continually pursued experiences to broaden my clinical lens in different settings, including in-patient/residential, nursing and rehabilitation, hospice care, community mental health, and private practice. I'm accepting new clients! Imagine feeling confident and equipped to handle life’s challenges, even when they feel overwhelming. Therapy can help you navigate difficult emotions, heal from past experiences, and build stronger connections with yourself and others. Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating a tough season, or ready to take steps toward meaningful change, I provide a supportive and affirming space. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals (teens and adults) facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship struggles. Together, we’ll create a path forward that feels right for you. When we think of emotions as weather, we realize we can’t avoid storms—but we can prepare for them. Therapy provides tools like an umbrella, helping you stay grounded and resilient even when life feels heavy. I am passionate about helping individuals improve communication, heal from the past, and build tools to create lasting changes. Starting therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I’m here to support you every step of the way, offering an empowering space where you feel heard and understood. If you’re ready to explore new possibilities, strengthen your relationships, or simply feel more in control of your life, I’d love to help you get there.
