Introduction

Tricia obtained her master's degree from the University of Louisville in Social Work with a concentration in Chemical Dependency Counseling, and she is a Navy Veteran. Tricia’s approach to therapy is nurturing and attentive. She loves working with clients helping them to find self-acceptance and connecting more deeply with themselves. She is committed to holistic healing and has found the healing journey to include mindfulness, meditation, talk therapy, and anything in between. Tricia is laid back and approachable when sitting with clients. The passion for working with people who want to find freedom from domestic violence, depression, PTSD, & Bi-polar & anxieties. She works with people who are wanting to find a balance between their desires and freedom. Tricia pursued becoming a psychotherapist after she found a passion with her own experience of healing in therapy. Her therapeutic modalities are: Existential Therapy, CBT, Trauma Focused CBT, MI, Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, & Gestalt Therapy. She believes strongly in the blend of evidence and alternative-based approaches to healing. Her therapeutic space focuses on the whole person; mind, body, and spirit. Tricia loves calling Kentucky home and finds happiness when she is in nature, traveling, gardening, exploring and playing with fur babies.
