Hello! I am Tricia Antonio, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing mental health and social services in South Florida for over 20 years. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work. In my career, I have provided mental health treatment to diverse populations including military veterans, first responders, children, senior citizens, and members of the LGBTQ community. I have honed my skills in various settings, such as private practices, hospitals, nursing homes/ ALF’s, schools, correctional facilities and community mental health centers. My experiences have led me to be featured as a relationship expert on radio shows, published in online magazines, and consultant for local psychiatric hospitals and mental health professionals. Currently, I focus on treating adult individuals, couples, and families struggling with a variety of issues such as abuse or trauma recovery, relationship conflicts, parenting problems, work/life balance issues, divorce or premarital counseling, mood disorders and grief. I provide personalized services to suit your unique needs and to empower you to be the best version of yourself. My personable, nonjudgmental, and eclectic style embraces evidence-based therapeutic models including EMDR, Cognitive-behavioral, Solution-focused, psychodynamic, and mindfulness meditation practices to name a few. If you or someone you know is considering therapy, I welcome you to contact me. A better tomorrow starts today with TGA!
