My name is Treasa, and I’m a licensed therapist. My journey into this field began with my own struggles—dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, hearing loss, growing up as a child of an addict, and navigating codependency and attachment issues. These experiences became the foundation of my passion for helping others who feel lost in their struggles. I’ve lived through the pain of not feeling understood or validated, and I’ve come to realize that there’s a powerful space for healing when we connect, share, and know we are not alone. Through my personal and professional experiences, I’ve learned that much of the information about mental health and its challenges often goes unspoken or misunderstood. That’s why I’m committed to helping people uncover new perspectives on their symptoms—so they can recognize their struggles, validate their feelings, and begin to build healthy coping mechanisms. Knowledge is power, but understanding how to apply that knowledge is where transformation happens. As someone with a late diagnosis of ADHD, CPTSD, anxiety, and depression, I’ve lived through the paralysis these conditions can create. But I’ve also learned how to embrace the storms instead of letting them define me. Today, I anchor myself in my values and use them as a compass to manifest my best self. The journey has been far from easy, but it’s been one of deep resilience and growth. Now, I share the lessons I’ve learned with others, offering not just solutions but a deeper understanding that healing is possible, and that we all have the strength to rise and thrive.
