Introduction

I believe that therapy is a deeply personal journey, and my approach is rooted in creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. My practice centers around person-centered therapy, where your experiences, emotions, and perspectives guide the process. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or the impact of early childhood experiences, psychotherapy will be the most effective and rewarding when you connect with a therapist who genuinely understands you and believes in you. Over the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of working with adults from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, healthcare providers and trainees, and those seeking trauma-informed care. As a clinical psychologist, my advanced training and experience has equipped me to support clients struggling with early childhood trauma, dissociation, psychosis, and other complex mental health concerns. Clients often tell me they appreciate my warm nonjudgmental presence and my commitment to honoring their unique stories. Therapy with me is collaborative, allowing you to lead the conversation while I provide guidance and insight tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience, processing past experiences, and cultivating a greater sense of self-compassion. If you're ready to start your journey toward healing and self-discovery, I’m here to support you. Let's work together to navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity.
