At Transitions Counseling & Wellness, we believe that within each person lies the ability to facilitate change in behavior that will allow them to become a fully functioning individual regardless of psychological diagnosis or life circumstances. Our goals is to assist clients in learning how to communicate unexpressed emotions in a healthy manner that will aid in developing healthy relationships beginning with being true to self. At Transitions Counseling & Wellness, we create a safe environment while demonstrating unconditional positive regard applying the counseling skills of listening, reflection, clarifying, and being present with clients while providing a safe space and the emotional support desired.
