Introduction

I have been providing care since 2015 and have a wealth of experience in counseling individuals, couples, and families, specializing in helping those suffering from anxiety, depression, and trauma in all forms. I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and use this approach in my work with couples. I also gained invaluable life experience during 20 years of military service in the United States Coast Guard. Now, after 30 years of marriage and raising two children, I combine my formal education, training, and rich life experience to provide quality and compassionate therapeutic care.
