Introduction

Welcome to my practice! I am a licensed psychologist offering psychotherapy services to individuals in the Maryland and Washington DC area. I am committed to helping you learn more about yourself and your relationships with others in order to feel more connected to yourself, your life, and the people most important to you. My work focuses on exploring thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and collaborating with you to find your inner strengths and make any changes that can enhance life satisfaction. We can also integrate coping strategies to help you feel more resilient and alleviate distress. Beginning psychotherapy is not always easy but can be an important step that can lead to learning, healing, and growing. Knowing this, my aim is to provide a space that allows for a trusting therapeutic relationship to develop and open up the space for us to collaborate together. My approach to therapy is integrative so I draw from multiple modalities in order to determine what might work best for you.
