My name is Tracy, and I'm so happy you are ready to take the next step in a transformation. I've had more than a decade of experience helping clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD and past/present trauma. My clients appreciate my caring, compassionate, non-judgmental, and genuine counseling style. My therapeutic approaches consist of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy and EMDR therapy. I once had a client state that her counseling experience was successful because, "you cradled my soul." It is my passion to help you not just survive life's difficult circumstances but to truly thrive. I provide therapy service to clients residing in the State of Texas and International clients.
